These SMS Terms of Service and Opt-In Details apply to text messages sent by Ecochile Travel through our SMS messaging program.
Ecochile Travel uses SMS to provide human, responsive communication with travelers who have requested information, submitted a trip-planning form, communicated with one of our travel specialists, booked a trip, or need assistance before or during their travels.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Ecochile Travel, you agree to receive text messages related to your travel inquiry, personalized trip proposals, trip-planning follow-ups, customer support, booking confirmations, payment or document reminders, pre-trip updates, itinerary changes, weather or logistics updates, and travel assistance.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, booking status, travel dates, and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages from Ecochile Travel is not a condition of purchase. You can submit a trip-planning form or contact Ecochile Travel without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ecochile Travel by providing your mobile phone number and selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox on one of our contact or trip request forms.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional, is not preselected, and is separate from any consent for calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, newsletters, or promotional messages.
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number in the Ecochile Travel SMS messaging program.
If you do not select the SMS consent checkbox, you may still submit the form and communicate with Ecochile Travel through other available channels.
Optional Promotional Messages
Ecochile Travel may send promotional travel inspiration, destination ideas, or special offer messages only to recipients who have provided separate consent to receive promotional SMS messages.
Consent for promotional SMS messages is collected separately from consent for customer support, trip-planning, booking, and travel-update messages.

You can get help at any time by replying HELP to any SMS message from Ecochile Travel.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Ecochile Travel.
After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you reply START or provide new consent.
Privacy and Data Sharing
Ecochile Travel collects mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information only to provide the messaging services selected by the customer.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
